Scientific Experiments and field trips will also be included throughout the semester. One of the critical components in this course will be the contemplation of concepts and how biological concepts have affected our society in the past and how it affects us now and will affect us in the future. These types of topics will help us generate great scientific discussions about science and its applicability to the world. Students in biology 11 will learn to think critically about all the biological components in the world, the processes and how they shape humanity and its society.
